Tropical Storm Andrea, the first named tropical cyclone of the 2013 Atlantic hurricane season, formed in the east-central Gulf of Mexico late this afternoon. Today has been gray all day with little rain that is all going to change tonight as the storm moves closer.
We are expecting between 4-6 inches of rain which is the main threat of this storm. I have to work in the morning and I'm hoping that if anything severe moves in it will be in the afternoon.
